Cover Supervisor job summary
We require a passionate and inspirational Cover Supervisor to join our thriving Team at Callington Community College where the community is at the heart of everything we do. The successful candidate will oversee classes during the short-term absences of teaching staff. Appropriate work will be provided and it will be your role to manage student behaviour and keep them focused on tasks.
You will need to be flexible, have a desire to work with young people and a calm and authoritative manner. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is considering a career in teaching or for someone qualified but seeking further school experience.
You will be well supported by a range of colleagues and by a comprehensive programme of induction and training to ensure your individual needs are met.
You will be a hard-working individual; with high expectations and an unwavering determination to get the best outcomes for students.
