What skills and experience we're looking for

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful oversubscribed school. We are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor with enthusiasm, creativity and the ability to motivate pupils and keep them on task. You will be expected to respond to questions and generally assist pupils to undertake set activities. They include “live learning” and the facilitation of synchronistic and asynchronistic learning. They will also model and promote our Christian values.

The fixed term contract will run for 1 year, due to departmental restructure. The annual leave year runs 1st September to 31st August. For starters after 1st September there will need to be a salary adjustment in the first year of employment. This is to ensure the correct amount of paid annual leave is applied.
