  • Part time - 26.67 hours per week Monday to Friday. Term time plus one week (40 weeks)
• Contract type: Permanent
• Actual salary: £13,394- £14,042
• Pay scale: C1-5

What skills and experience we're looking for

• flexibility and the ability to be a team player and use initiative
• excellent behaviour management skills and an “inclusive ethos”
• ability to relate well to students, be an effective role model and motivate students to achieve success
• a good level of general education to include maths and English (grade A-C) or equivalent
• to be able to manage a classroom, while supervising and supporting students engaged in learning activities
• to promote a positive values, attitudes and good student behaviour
• comply with instructions requested by the usual class teacher
