Cover Supervisor and Outdoor Learning Lead job summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team, working closely with class teachers to support pupils in engaging meaningfully with their learning. The successful candidate will also provide classroom cover during teacher absence and PPA sessions. A key aspect of this role includes leading our Outdoor Learning programme in the afternoons, with a particular focus on advancing the school’s existing OPAL (Outdoor Play and Learning) project. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone passionate about nature-based education to inspire a love of the outdoors in our pupils, to help shape a rich and playful learning environment. In-service training will be provided where appropriate.
