The successful candidate will:
- - have excellent communication and organisational skills
be able to work on their own initiative and be determined to succeed
be motivated, energetic and enthusiastic
have experience of working with children and families in a school setting
be passionate about making a real difference to the lives of our children and their families
build positive relationships with the children
fully support the school’s inclusive ethos
put the children at the forefront of everything that they do
have experience of working in a primary classroom
be willing to cover lessons in all primary years from Early Years to Year 6
be prepared to undertake relevant training, including safeguarding
