Cover Supervisor job summary
This position covers short-term absences, typically when staff are off for brief periods. The role is vital in maintaining the continuity of learning. You’ll be responsible for ensuring pupils stay engaged, managing classroom behavior, and providing feedback to teaching staff.
We’re committed to safeguarding the welfare of our pupils. You’ll receive comprehensive training and be required to complete an enhanced DBS check. In addition to classroom duties, you’ll assist with lunchtime supervision and contribute to the smooth running of exams and administrative tasks.
