The candidate will be required to cover lessons of absent staff and to deliver high quality learning experiences for the students.
The post requires the candidate to assist the lead cover supervisor to organise all aspects of the administration of cover including taking phone calls and messages from absent staff and be available to start at 07:30am each morning.
The successful candidate will have good behaviour management skills, be flexible, enthusiastic and have outstanding communication skills.
Location: Luton
Contract type: term time plus 5 training days
Hours of work: 37hrs per week / 39 weeks per year working 07:30-15:30
Starting salary: £21,833pa
