We are seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our dedicated team, working flexibly across our specialist schools, in and surrounding Bury St Edmunds according to operational needs. Our sites form part of the Eastern Education Group within its SEND Cluster, offering strong collaboration, professional development, and shared values. Our specialist team support the needs of students with complex moderate learning difficulties, ASD and SEMH. Trauma Informed practice is embedded across the curriculum, and all colleagues receive training and support to use these approaches confidently in their work.

As a Cover Supervisor you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences, creating calm and purposeful classrooms, and supporting high-quality provision. You¼ also support classroom activities and contribute to wider school life, including break and transition duties. As this a multi-site role, an adaptable and proactive approach is key.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a calm and consistent approach, and the ability to build positive relationships with young people. Experience working in a school or SEND setting is essential, alongside good literacy and numeracy.
