Cover Supervisor job summary

Edward Peake C of E (VC) Middle School is seeking to recruit a well-qualified, innovative and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team of experienced and committed support staff at this pivotal time as we transition from Middle School to Secondary School in September 2024.

We are aiming to appoint a confident, resourceful and creative individual to provide cover for absent teachers.

Hours: Mon - Friday - 8.30 -3.30 (Term-time only + 5 training days)

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a passion for supporting young people
  • Have proven experience which is recent and relevant
  • Be able to demonstrate good communication skills as well as strong organisational and behaviour management skills for a classroom setting.
