Vacancy: Cover Supervisor

As we expand our cover team we have a vacancy for an existing cover supervisor or an aspiring teacher looking to gain knowledge, skills and experience to progress onto a teacher training programme.
As well as covering lessons, the successful candidate will gain an insight into many other areas of the academy including pastoral care.
This role will include the supervision of whole classes to cover short-term absence of teachers and to allow them to carry out their professional duties.
The successful candidate will be encouraged and supported to play a full part in the life of the academy, including extra-curricular activities.

Salary: Scale 5 Point 15-19 (£21,006.22-22,497.65)
Hours: 32.5hours per week, Mon-Fri 8.15am-3.15pm with a 30 minute unpaid break each day, term time plus 1 week
