What skills and experience we're looking for

A fantastic opportunity to become part of the team at Highburton CE First Academy.

We are looking for a high-quality Cover Supervisor, with the experience and ability to work across all Key Stages and settings within our first school. This is a part-time, term time role. It is a fixed term contract until 31st August 2026, renewal dependent on funding.

The successful candidate will:

Have a passion for child development and truly want to ‘make a difference’.

Have a proven track record of nurturing and engaging positively with children with special educational needs, on a regular basis, in both outdoor and indoor environments.

Have experience of working with children in a Primary School is not essential but preferred.

Be flexible and be able to work well as part of a team.

Be willing to take on training as required IE Paediatric First Aid.
