What skills and experience we're looking for
The post entails covering lessons when teachers are absent and assisting with the development of learning resources for such lessons. The role is busy and varied, you will work across many different subject areas within our academy. The role also provides support and cover within our behaviour team and involves working with groups of students to improve their attitude to learning. A background in coaching, sports or other practical disciplines would be advantageous.
