Cover Supervisor job summary

Cover Supervisor

32.5 hours per week term time, plus 5 training days

Required September 2025

Annual salary starting 3D (Points 7 – 11)

Pro rata salary starting at £19135 per annum (£13.26 per hour)

We are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to work as part of the Cover Supervision Team. The successful candidate will support the educational needs of the academy by covering prepared lesson(s) in the absence of a teacher. They will manage the classroom, supervising students effectively and undertake any lesson task(s) set by the teacher.

This post requires dedication and a highly efficient, organised, flexible and responsible approach.

  • A caring, supportive attitude
