Cover Supervisor job summary
Ormskirk School are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join our dedicated team as our new Cover Supervisor. This is a key role within the school, where you will provide classroom supervision during the absence of teachers, ensuring that lessons run smoothly and students continue to engage with their learning in a structured and supportive environment.
In addition to supervising lessons, you will play an important role in maintaining the high standards of our school, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the academy. This includes assisting with other duties as required to support staff and students, fostering a positive and productive atmosphere throughout the school day.
We are seeking candidates who are proactive, professional, and committed to making a meaningful impact on students’ education and wellbeing. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young people and are eager to be an integral part of a thriving educational community.
If you have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage classrooms effectively, and a genuine passion for supporting the development of young people, we would love to hear from you!
ROLE DETAILS
This post is full time, permanent and term time only plus inset days. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm and Fridays 8:30am-4:00pm.
