Cover Supervisor job summary

You will join a supportive and dedicated team, ensuring high-quality learning continues in the absence of the classroom teacher. As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons, maintain a positive and focused learning environment, and uphold high standards of behaviour and engagement across a range of subjects and year groups.

You will play a vital role in supporting students to stay on track with their learning, demonstrating confidence, flexibility, and strong classroom presence. Working closely with teaching staff and leaders, you will help foster a culture of respect, curiosity, and ambition within the classroom. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and eager to develop their skills within a collaborative and forward-thinking school.
