The Role
Drayton Park School is looking for a flexible, confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team from September 2025. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone with HLTA or Cover Supervisor experience or a strong background in supporting learning across the primary age range. You’ll step in to lead classes during teacher absence, delivering lessons and maintaining a positive, purposeful learning environment. When not covering, you’ll work closely with teachers to support pupils in class, lead small group interventions and play a key part in the daily life of the school.
We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, adaptable and passionate about helping children thrive. No two days are the same, and that’s what makes this role so exciting. You’ll be joining a warm, welcoming team in a nurturing school where relationships matter and every child is supported to achieve their best.
Potential applicants are strongly encouraged to visit us for a school tour. To arrange a visit to the school, please email office@draytonpark.org.uk
