We ensure a range of opportunities are available for staff in their professional development at RGS and offer outstanding opportunities across the MAT for staff and students to progress and contribute to the school’s continuing development. Staff wellbeing and work life balance is very important to us and we work hard to ensure that this is a high priority throughout the school.
As a school we achieve very high outcomes for our students but we also recognise that the personal development of our students is equally important.
