What the school offers its staff
We are a values led school which underpins all that we do at Stamshaw Junior School in order to be kind, do our best and achieve together. We have high expectations of work and behaviour, and we aim to foster a life-long love of learning in our pupils and equip them with skills and attributes which will allow them to flourish both in school and beyond.
In November 2023, our school was graded as a GOOD school by Ofsted.
We are a proud member of the University of Chichester Academy Trust and we are seeking a highly motivated and positive cover supervisor for the new academic year. If you can demonstrate the skillset required for this position, we would like to hear from you.
In return, you will be part of the University of Chichester Academy Trust, bringing you added benefits and opportunities. You will find that each of our Academies has a unique identity, but a shared belief in creating a positive and enriching environment, where all staff feel valued. As part of our commitment to staff wellbeing and delivering high-quality education, we have introduced a two-week October half term across all our schools. This initiative is already making a positive impact—giving staff and pupils a valuable break during the long autumn term, reducing absence through illness, and supporting overall well-being. It also brings greater consistency across our Trust, creating a more connected and efficient way of working. It’s just one example of how we prioritise our people and create a working environment where everyone can thrive.
