Cover Supervisor job summary

About the role: Strood Academy is seeking to appoint a passionate and motivated Cover Supervisor who will provide essential support across the academy by covering a variety of classes during periods of absence of the designated teacher. Our successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive environment for effective learning, through the application of the systems and structures developed by the academy. Full training will be provided and in the long term, this is an excellent position for those of you considering teacher training in the future as it provides the broad exposure required. Candidates should be educated to degree level. The basis of this role is full-time, Term Time only and fixed term until July 2022 in the first instance.
