Cover Supervisor job summary

The Abbey School is seeking to appoint a highly effective Cover Supervisor, to start from 28th August 2025.

The successful candidate will oversee classes in the absence of teachers, ensuring students remain engaged and supported. The ideal candidate will be confident, organised, and committed to maintaining a positive learning environment.

This is a part time (19.5 hours per week), permanent role, Term Time +1 week, paid based on the Kent Scheme Pay Scale point KSC-Entry (FTE £25,252 - actual salary calculated on a pro rata basis which equates to £11,497 per annum).

The working pattern for this position will consist of Monday-Wednesday, 8:30-15:30, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day.
