 The role: 

The Wells Academy are looking for a Cover Supervisor to join them on their transformational journey to Greatness. As part of the Academy’s Teaching & Learning team you will join a team who are playing a key part in improving the outcomes and life chances of the students within the Academy. Cover supervisors play a key role in ensuring that staff absences do not hinder the progress and outcomes of our students by providing outstanding cover lessons. There are also likely to be opportunities to complete your teacher training whilst working at the Academy, so this role would suit somebody who is looking to gain QTS or Early Careers Framework teachers. 

Working as part of the Greenwood Academies Trust MAT you will be fully supported to develop and ensure our students display impeccable conduct, attitudes and are ready to be successful in their school life and beyond.
