As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.

Compiling and maintaining pastoral data to support student well-being and progress.

Creating vibrant and inspiring displays around the school to enhance the learning environment.

Undertaking general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the school.

Accompanying staff and students on educational visits, enriching their learning experiences.
What we are looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is well-organised, self-confident, and motivated, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will:

Hold a minimum of 4 relevant qualifications at a level equivalent to GCSE Grade C and above, including Maths and English.

Ideally possess the Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification or equivalent.
-
Have at least two years' experience working with children in an educational setting, either in a paid or voluntary capacity.

Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
-
Possess sound IT skills to support administrative tasks and classroom activities.
