Cover Supervisor job summary

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be the first point of call to help to cover staff absences within the school. The successful applicant will have an understanding of classroom roles and responsibilities and an ability to communicate effectively with students. Experience of working in an education or school environment is highly advantageous.

A firm understanding of key national and educational policies and issues

The ability to inspire high achievement in young people from all backgrounds
