We currently have three schools in our Trust: Woolwich Polytechnic School for Boys, a long-successful boys’ school, Woolwich Polytechnic School for Girls that opened in 2019, and Bannockburn Primary School, a large successful primary that joined the Trust on 1st November 2023. Woolwich Polytechnic School for Boys is looking to appoint a motivated and inspiring Cover Supervisor to take on the supervision of a class of pupils in the absence of a teacher.

The successful applicant will have the ability to work with students whilst undertaking the work set and ensure a constructive and ordered learning environment. It is essential that you demonstrate experience of building positive working relationships with young people and communicating with teachers to achieve positive outcomes for students.

Applicants must be highly organised and have a good standard of literacy and numeracy. Whilst previous experience is not essential, we are keen to recruit someone who is confident, supportive and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate should have a professional appearance, attitude and will be able to deal with staff, students and parents with confidence. They should also have strong interpersonal skills, be confident in their approach and demonstrate high levels of attention to detail.
