What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an excellent practitioner to join our school after October half term to provide class cover across Early Years and Year 1 over four days a week. The contract would be fixed term to cover a Maternity and will last until the end of the academic year.

This unique position would mean you would be part of a large team ensuring the smooth transition for pupils on those days where their main class teacher is not present. A knowledge of both Early Years curriculum and Year 1 curriculum are essential for the role. .

You would be fully supported by the generous learning support team across all the classes and would be responsible for some of the planning. We are looking for someone who is flexible in their approach and confident to work across a range of classes. Most importantly we would want a practitioner that is generous with their kindness and patience with our lovely children and someone who wants to be fully part of our Tower Hill Team whilst with us
