Clapham Manor Primary School seeks an experienced senior leader to work in partnership with the Executive Headteacher to take the school to its next level of development, enhancing the lives of all those who are part of the school community and federation. This crucial role offers an opportunity to take a strategic lead on whole school development in a school which places inclusivity and the celebration of diversity at its centre. Energy, optimism and enthusiasm are essential as well as a passion for ‘growing brighter futures’!
You will join a talented and hardworking staff team, supported by an Executive Headteacher and Governors who are committed to fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration and professional growth.
The successful candidate will:
- Be an outstanding and experienced school senior leader
- Have strong academic and pastoral credentials
- Be ambitious for our children and staff, with the imagination to put an inspiring vision into practice
- Have a real belief in inclusivity and the fact that all children can be supported to be successful
- Have an understanding of recent and pending changes in education
- Be adaptable and resilient to the changing landscape of modern pedagogy
- Be passionate about education in a school deeply rooted in the local community
- Be outward facing and have a desire to want to work in partnership with others
- Have a commitment to their own professional development and to have completed (or be willing to work towards completing) the NPQH.
