Creative and Performing Arts Technician job summary

About this role

Larkmead School is seeking applications for the role of an Arts Technician to support the teaching and learning in the Creative & Performing Arts faculty. The role will involve co-ordinating the use of resources and facilities, preparation of practical lessons for teaching staff, co-ordinating administration and advertising of showcases, enrichment activities and attending school trips. The post involves a high degree of co-ordination and collaboration. The successful applicant will possess an enthusiastic, helpful and flexible manner to provide practical, technical and administrative support within each of the Arts departments. This position is for 20 hours per week during the school day, which is typically 08:30 - 15:30 . It is a term time role with some insets days required.
