Curriculum Area Lead for English job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and well-qualified colleague to lead our high performing English department. We are very proud of our English department and are looking for someone who can continue this success whilst also driving positive change. The successful candidate must have the ability to inspire a team of experienced and passionate teachers whilst also upholding high expectations of themselves and others.
The successful candidate must have a love of teaching and learning which they can translate into providing an ambitious and engaging curriculum across both key stages. They must also be an outstanding practitioner in the classroom, ensuring that students achieve their potential both in their classroom and across the department.
