    • Provide strategic and curriculum leadership in Mathematics.
    • Inspire students through engaging, interactive lessons.

    • Uphold high standards and expectations across Key Stages 3 and 4.
    • Foster a strong extra-curricular provision and robust assessment framework.
    • Translate strategic priorities into practical departmental actions.
