Curriculum/Data Administrator job summary

Due to retirement, the academy is seeking to appoint a Curriculum/Data Administrator.

Key duties to include;

Processing and recording staff absence, arranging cover and being the primary point of contact for cover staff and supply agencies.

Completion of statistical information and returns.

Set up and maintain assessments to include both summative and ad hoc assessments

Coordinating and producing student reports.

Be willing to undertake training for timetabling software with a view to supporting the writing of our timetable.

Liaise and communicate with staff, pupils, parent and external agencies clearly and professionally.

Undertake any other administrative duties as required, e.g. data entry, reprographics, typing and filing.

Person Specification;

This post would suit an individual with a mathematical/analytical approach, with experience of data processing and analysis.

Experience of Arbor, Timetabler, Power BI and SMID preferred, but not essential.

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Friendly, approachable and professional in manner.
