You will lead the English Department to build upon their existing success and ensure that our track record for outstanding results at GCSE in both GCSE English Language and Literature can be secured for future cohorts of our students.

In 2019 our Progress 8 score for English was +0.66 and 44% of our students achieved a grade 9-7 in Literature. 90% of our students achieved a grade 9-4 in English.
