What skills and experience we're looking for

We are delighted to be seeking an enthusiastic and forward thinking Curriculum Leader of Computer Science and Information Communication Technology to join us in April or September 2023 and contribute to the development of our curriculum.

You will lead a small but highly-motivated department, which is very popular with students. There is strong uptake for both Computer Science and for Creative iMedia at Key Stage 4 and ICT is very popular at Key Stage 3.

As part of the responsibility of this post you will be part of the IT Strategic Development Group, and you will also lead on online-safety for staff and students.

You will have a proven track record of enthusing and supporting students to enjoy their learning and you will motivate them to aspire to achieve their greatest potential. We would love to work with an engaging, warm and committed individual who is committed to the school motto: 'Every Child, Every Step, Every Day.'
