What skills and experience we're looking for
The Stephen Longfellow Academy are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Curriculum Leader of Mathematics. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy - the successful applicant will be expected to provide strong leadership that results in a Mathematics Department which provides first class teaching and learning opportunities for both students and staff, instigates and develops innovative approaches to Maths that will stimulate all students to achieve their full potential and ensure the delivery of high-quality provision in curricular and extra-curricular activities.
Potential applicants should have:
- Good honours degree directly related subject.
- Qualified Teacher Status.
- Knowledge of current curriculum developments in subject and their implications.
