Curriculum Leader of Performing Arts (Drama and Music) job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding teacher and leader to shape the future of Performing Arts in a thriving school with a long tradition of academic excellence, creativity and enrichment. We are looking for a passionate practitioner who can inspire girls of all abilities, foster a love of performance and creativity, and ensure excellent outcomes at all key stages.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for Drama and Music, ensuring high-quality teaching, outstanding student achievement and a vibrant programme of performances, productions and enrichment opportunities. They will lead a committed team, develop an ambitious curriculum and champion the arts as a central part of school life.
At Bradford Girls’ Grammar School, we believe that participation in the arts develops confidence, resilience, collaboration and creativity. Performing Arts plays a significant role in our co-curricular programme and contributes substantially to the cultural life of the school.
