CURRICULUM LEADER FOR HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE (REF: 21-10)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative individual to join our growing and supportive Health and Social Care team and be part of our thriving Humanities department. You will be required to support the Head of Humanities and lead, develop and monitor the curriculum in Level 2 and 3 Health and Social Care. For this post, you will need to be a good team player and be confident in all areas of Btec Health and Social Care and be able to prepare and deliver high quality teaching, assessment and learning. For Level 3, the department follows the Pearson specification and for Level 2, OCR.
The Curriculum Leader for Health and social care will play a vital role in ensuring that the strategies used are at the forefront of education and will ensure maximum progress for all students.
The appointed individual will also be required to be involved in the introduction of T Level Health in 2022 /23 and therefore must be willing to lead, develop and monitor the curriculum to maximise the achievement of all students and development of staff.
