What skills and experience we're looking for

  • To work within a team in the Curriculum Plus Centre (CPC) which is an isolation room as well as a well-being room for students who may be there to reflect upon their behaviours, or need additional support to reset within the school day.
  • To support students when doing their work and adapting learning resources for individual students with the aim of improving students’ attitude to school, as well as their attendance and attainment.
  • To deliver reflection and educational work with the student to assist them in identifying where their behaviours may not match to our King John values.
  • To contribute to the work of the behaviour team, as directed by the Behaviour Lead, Deputy Headteacher or Headteacher, to develop the school’s ethos; achieve the school’s aims as well as the 5 strands of “Every Child Matters”.

To maintain the administration of behavioural systems across the school.
