What skills and experience we're looking for
You’ll hold at least a Level 3 qualification in a relevant Arts related subject area. You will have strong understanding, knowledge and skill in a range of practical techniques. You will have a genuine interest in supporting students’ creative development and take a proactive approach toward assisting curriculum staff. Experience in 3D and ceramics is essential.

In this role, you will work alongside our Art and Design teaching staff to ensure practical sessions run smoothly. You will prepare and tidy classrooms, assist students with hands-on tasks, and help maintain a safe and productive learning space. You will also be responsible for the maintenance, health and safety in our 3D workshop as part of the role. This position can offer a unique insight into the teaching profession and can be an excellent stepping stone for anyone considering a career in education.
