At Berkeley Green UTC, we don’t just support learning, we foster ambition, build resilience, and ensure every young person has the confidence and skills to succeed beyond education.

They need a Curriculum Support Officer who can provide consistency, structure, and encouragement, ensuring they remain engaged, independent, and successful.
You won’t simply supervise learning; you will:
- Support students to overcome barriers and develop positive learning behaviours
- Build confidence, resilience, and independence in both academic and personal development
- Provide structured study supervision that enables students to remain focused and productive
- Contribute to meaningful SEND processes, ensuring students receive the support they need to thrive
