What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who has significant experience of leading KS1 and KS2 with a proven track record of positive outcomes for all pupils in those key stages as well as experience of supporting schools beyond your own setting.

You will need to have the ability to draw on ideas from research and experience to improve practice within our schools and have an awareness of curriculum changes.

We are seeking a confident and innovative practitioner who can continue to drive our schools forward and ensure parity across our academies. In return we will offer:

  • The opportunity to work closely with Alex Bedford, Lauren Meadows and Claire Kilgour
  • Bespoke leader development programmes supported by our Teaching School Hub
  • Excellent career development opportunities across our trust network, including innovative projects that involve a close working relationship with Apple
  • Support from an experienced and nurturing school improvement team
  • On-hand expertise from our dedicated education and operations teams who are ready to support you and your school
  • Evidence-informed research opportunities via our Research School and programmes to reduce teacher workload including the development of the CUSP curriculum and other programmes the staff within our schools benefit from
  • Influence across network-wide issues through our leadership meetings and regional collaboration events
  • Wellbeing packages and an employee assistance programme
