What skills and experience we're looking for
Manor Wood Primary School is looking to appoint a Site Superintendent to join our strong school team and support health and safety maintenance and general cleanliness. This is a permanent, all year-round post.
This post is to work under the direction of the Headteacher and Facilities and Estates Manager to ensure school premises are maintained to a high standard – including cleanliness, routine maintenance, health and safety, minor repairs, and leading a small team of cleaners. This post will suit candidates who are highly motivated, have the best outcomes for children at heart, have a keen eye for detail, and are able to lead and direct a small team.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as a team with staff and outside agencies.
- Energy and enthusiasm for this exciting challenge.
- A commitment to continuing professional development.
