Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours, 39 weeks (term time plus one week)

Working pattern: 8am - 4pm, Monday to Thursday, 8am - 3.30pm on Fridays

Salary: Pathway 2, £21,567 - £22,970 per annum (FTE £25,185 - £26,824)

Site: Queen Katharine Academy

If so, Queen Katharine Academy is looking for you!

Your role:

As our Data Administrator, you'll help ensure the academy's data tells the right story. From managing student records and progress data to producing reports, maintaining spreadsheets and supporting examinations, you'll play a key role in helping staff, students and families access accurate, timely information. Your work will directly support student achievement and academy success.

We're looking for someone with experience working with data, excellent Excel and ICT skills, and a meticulous eye for detail. You'll be organised, able to meet deadlines, comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality. A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential.
