About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our busy school office team, supporting the Data Officer in maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records. This is a varied and rewarding role, where your work will directly contribute to the smooth running of the school and the success of our students.

You’ll be responsible for managing key aspects of our student data systems (MIS), including admissions, assessment data, timetables, and class lists. You’ll also play a vital part in supporting whole-school and departmental administration, working closely with the School Operations Manager and wider staff team.
