Our Opportunity
A key part of the role will be to support with and maintain the data which is inputted into the Trust Management Information System (MIS) (we currently use SIMS), and support with helping our secondary schools maintain an accurate database of confidential school and trust information.

For prospective colleagues looking at this role, in many ways this is a data administration role but within a Trust. We actively welcome interest from colleagues working within education, as well as colleagues working in data roles from other sectors.

You will:
• Provide support in the maintenance of the data management systems, adhering to the associated policies and procedures.
• Input data collected after each assessment series, both internal and external.
• Collate all information needed by relevant agencies for the Data & Assessment Manager to disseminate and submit in a timely and accurate manner.
• Undertake the administration and preparation of performance data.
• Develop skills and understanding of performance data by participating in training and meetings in relation to the role.
• Gain an understanding of current professional studies into student performance and how this is measured.
• Update the MIS in line with the Trust’s procedures.
• Update the timetabling system as required and accurately perform any associate administration tasks.
• Set up and support staff on the use of relevant software packages.
• Support pastoral system with the maintenance of behavioural data.
