Data and Exams Manager job summary
As our Data and Exams Manager you will work closely with the Exams Officer and Data Officer and the senior leadership team to ensure the efficient and effective process of examinations and provide a fully supportive data provision. From entry through to results management you will ensure compliance with Examination Boards’ and School policies, procedures and timescales. You will be the first point of contact for key staff within school regards examinations. As well as provide data
This permanent position is important within school and so we are looking to appoint someone who is flexible, pro-active, and well-organised.

We are part of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, bringing together the 36 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in Lincolnshire, Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire.
The successful candidate will:
- Be able to inspire and enthuse students.
- Work 28 hours per week, across 5 days, term time plus 1 week (to cover exam results weeks in the summer)
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Possess Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
- Have strong IT skills (Word, Excel) for general administration and support student learning.
