What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced Data/Exams Manager to support the collation, use, dissemination and reporting of data at Harris Academy Peckham.

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • Previous experience of working with MIS
  • Knowledge of the examination system and procedures
  • Knowledge of National curriculum
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and related packages, including strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Understanding of Microsoft Power BI
  • A proven history of developing timetables for schools with complex requirements
  • At least a year working in a school or educational establishment

Your responsibilities will cover the following areas:

  • Managing the timetable
  • Collecting and updating the MIS (Bromcom) with all prior data for new students
  • Administering the end of year process on the MIS
  • Maintaining staff user accounts on the MIS
  • Carrying out the KS4 and KS5 DfE Checking Exercise in September and the KS4 DfE Checking Exercise in June
  • Managing the academy website
  • General data management tasks, including daily/weekly reports for behaviour events, communications, and attendance and punctuality, and exporting and importing data to third party systems
  • Line Management of the Administration (Exams) Support Officer.
