Data Assistant job summary

DATA ASSISTANT

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Full-time (37 hours/week, term-time only + 5 training days)

Part time hours will be considered and can be discussed at the interview.

Salary: Level 3A (Point 5-8)

Actual Salary Range: £22,275 - £23,355 (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a highly organised, flexible, committed and enthusiastic Data Assistant to join our busy data team.

About the Role

This is an exciting and varied role combining:

Data Entry: Inputting data into the school’s management information system, for example new admissions, option choices, student photographs, update student and staff timetables.

Data Checking: Maintaining, processing, and reporting of all of the schools and The Baker Dearing Trust’s data needs.

Clerical Support: Provide clerical and data support to SLT and the Exams Officer.
