Data Manager job summary

As our Data Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our school’s data is accurate, secure, and used effectively to support the progress and achievement of every student. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, teachers, and support staff, providing vital data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and analysing pupil data to support school improvement

Producing timely and accurate reports for a range of audiences

Ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection legislation

Supporting staff with the use of data systems and processes

Overseeing the administration of SISRA Analytics

Supporting the SLT leads on data and tracking

Supporting the SLT lead with the administration of the timetable

The administration of target setting

Supporting middle leaders with the administration of effective tracking procedures

Supporting with training and the use of SISRA Analytics

providing crucial support to the Data Protection Officer (DPO)
