Lift New Rickstones £35,818.57 - 38,214.78 + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week, 43 weeks per year August 2025 Start We are looking for a highly organised and analytical Data Manager to join our team across New Rickstones Academy and Maltings Academy both based in Witham, Essex. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage data systems across both academies, you will take responsibility of key data processes and reporting, working closely with senior leaders and central teams to drive improvements in student outcomes, attendance, behaviour, and school performance. About the Academies New Rickstones Academy New Rickstones Academy is graded 'Good' (November 2023) and has a state of the art building offering fantastic facilities for both students and staff. Over the last 10 years the academy has seen a huge increase in student numbers, with the number of students on roll more than doubling. The academy is a popular choice in the local area, is oversubscribed, and has added another new building to meet this demand. New Rickstones Academy is a great place to work with a friendly and supportive team. Staff numbers have also increased and the academy is proud to boast high retention rates. Development is a priority with an extensive and successful CPD (Continuing Professional Development) programme to further develop our excellent staff. Maltings Academy Maltings is a 11-16 academy based in Witham, Essex. Situated between the cities of Chelmsford and Colchester, the academy has 900 students on roll and benefits from a purpose-built building that was constructed in 2011. There are excellent transport links to London which enables our staff and young people to take full advantage of the wealth of opportunities that London provides. Free car parking facilities are available on site. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm. You will typically be based at one academy in the morning and the other in the afternoon.
