The school was judged ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted in March 2023; there are 1469 students on roll (276 in the Sixth Form).

We are seeking to appoint an organised, enthusiastic and highly accurate Data manager to join our support staff team.

Reporting to the Assistant Headteacher, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing the school's data systems and ensuring that accurate, timely information is available to support both students and staff.

The role includes responsibility for Arbor, student records, admissions, timetabling, school reports, review-cycle data, census returns and data analysis for Trustees, as well as supporting Sixth Form enrolment and other key school processes.

  • Is confident working with data, databases and IT systems.
  • Can manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
  • Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team.
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality and accurate record keeping.

Experience of Arbor, Timetabler and/or working in a school environment would be an advantage.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and play an important role in the effective day-to-day running of The Holt School.
