What skills and experience we're looking for
Main Duties of the Role:
Your role will be to deliver an ambitious curriculum to all by providing impartial advice, oversight, monitoring and assurance to support compliance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, PECR, Freedom of Information legislation, Environmental Information Regulations, ICO guidance and relevant education sector requirements
Essential Requirement:
- Degree level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Recognised data protection, privacy or information governance qualification, such as GDPR
- Practitioner, IAPP, BCS Data Protection qualification or equivalent.
- Evidence of continuing professional development in data protection, information governance or a related field.
- GCSE level standard education or equivalent (maths & English)
